Senior Downsizing & transitions
This service is geared towards senior clientele who need to move from larger homes to a smaller property or retirement home. Within those 4 walls is a lifetime of memories and treasures.
We assist our clients with trasnferring or closing accounts and services such as hydro, cable, water and phone services.
Selling, Donating, recycling
Our goal is to recover as much equity as possible for our clients through the sale of unwanted items. We identify articles that can be sold and co-ordinate pick up and drop off of items. An accounting list is kept for our clients to ensure transparity.
DONATIONS: We aim to keep as much out of the landfill as possible. We organize the distribution to local charities of items that can not be sold. Items that do not fall into the above categories can often be recycled. Our team handles this.
Cleaning, Decluttering & Staging
Homes sell faster and for closer to asking price when potential buyers can walk through the home and envision their lives within it. Through the downsizing process we eliminate clutter leaving an open surface to deep clean the home. Once these steps are finished we will stage the property and prepare it for professional photos. Touch-up cleans and maintenance while the property is on the market can be arranged.
Moving Day
We arrange for a moving company and co-ordinate directly with them on moving day.
